The story
What the customer called about
Leaks at the shutoff valves under the pedestal sink and behind the toilet, both in the same guest bathroom.
What we found
Both shutoff valves (angle stops) were leaking and needed replacing. The homeowner had also bought a new vanity to replace the pedestal sink.
What we couldn't know until we opened it up
Where the leaks were actually coming from.
The options we gave them
We priced replacing the shutoffs and installing the new vanity, reusing their existing faucet.
What they chose, and why
All of it.

Photos from the job itself
